This Privacy Policy applies solely to the AI Voice Agent interactive demonstration ("the Demo"). This Demo is a portfolio project designed to showcase technical capabilities in AI voice automation for the home service industry.

By using this Demo, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. Please note that this policy applies only to this specific demonstration environment; future commercial deployments or "live" versions of this product will operate under separate terms.

To provide the interactive experience, the Demo collects and processes the following types of information:

Audio Data

We record your voice input to enable the AI to hear and respond to you.

Personal Information (PII)

During the conversation, the AI may ask for details such as your Name, Phone Number, and Home Address.

Contextual Data

Information regarding hypothetical plumbing issues provided during the call.

Technical Data

Basic logs required for connection stability (e.g., timestamps).

The data collected is used strictly for the functionality of the demonstration:

Voice Processing

Your audio is processed to generate real-time AI responses.

Lead Capture Simulation

Text data (name, address, issues) is stored to demonstrate the system's ability to capture and organize booking details.

Quality Review

Recordings may be reviewed by the developer solely to verify technical performance.

We do NOT: Sell your data to any third parties, use your data to train public AI models, or use your data for marketing or spam purposes.

We enforce a strict data retention limit for this Demo:

Audio Recordings

Stored for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Database Records

Transcripts and lead details (names/addresses) are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.

To function, this Demo relies on specific third-party infrastructure. By using the Demo, you acknowledge your data is processed by:

ElevenLabs

Used for speech-to-speech AI processing and audio synthesis. (See ElevenLabs Privacy Policy)

Supabase

Used to host the secure database where call details are temporarily logged.

You have the right to request the immediate deletion of your data before the 30-day automatic purge. To request deletion, please contact the developer at: info@aaa-automation.com

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data stored in our database. However, please be aware that no transmission of data over the Internet is 100% secure. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as credit card numbers or real passwords) with the AI Agent.
